Before posting theme park related information which you have been provided with confedentially read the theme park employee disclosure policy below.

Theme parks just like all businesses release information to their employees regarding happening and investments. If you are employed at a theme park no matter what your position please take under consideration the Boomgen.net Theme Park Employee Disclosure Policy.

Information released to members of staff which is not yet available to the general public is confidential information and must not be released unless you have written permission from your employer. This includes new attractions and special events. If in doubt take the safest way out and keep the information to yourself. When parks want to release information to the public they will do via a press release. Only at this stage are you allowed to make people aware of your knowledge on the information.

All Australian theme parks keep a close check on the information posted on websites, and do have the right to enquire to the site Owners concerning who posted such information.

Other information not to be released is injuries to guests, ride incidents and no matter how long you have been working for the company and no matter how long ago your information came about you risk your job as soon as anything is said.

Alternatively if you are a member of the General Public and hear something about new attractions or similar coming to a park feel free to post it, as long as you are not just passing on official information from a friend who is employed at a park.

Remember If You Know Something, Keep it to yourself and keep your job! Have fun on the boards!

Cheers
Boomgen.net Team
